by Grant Dougan

Getting rid of acne is a job that many people consider to be not possible - many individuals have attempted many acne products that didn’t work. It’s unfortunate because having acne is a giant pain! However, It’s Important to realize that it’s totally possible to get rid of acne once you know how to truly treat it.

Let us go over the reasons that almost all acne products don’t end up working.

Most products are designed to only treat existing pimples instead of taking prevention into mind and really attacking the causes of pimples - this is a large issue!. These products don’t actually address the problem, they merely try to get rid of one pimple at a time after they have already popped up.

Here lies the issue! There isn’t a point in treating one zit if you aren’t doing a thing to stop new ones! It’s a huge pet peeve of mine that the acne treatment companies completely don’t pay attention to this point, but I imagine it’s so that you don’t ever totally do away with your acne and are forced to continue buying their treatments.

You need to use a treatment that treats all of the factors that cause acne if you want to clear your skin. There are four biggies: extra oil on the skin, bacteria that causes acne, inflammation of the skin and plugged up pores. Getting rid of pimples means you must address each of these causes.

You won’t locate anything really useful in the drugstores, but there are acne products out there that will truly clear your skin. You will notice that these work as a system and commonly use a few steps to ensure you’re fighting the causes properly.

If you use a product that truly treats the causes of zits, you will notice improvements within a week or so. It’s a great feeling looking in the mirror and notice the results.

Don’t be discouraged if you have made use of treatments before that weren’t effective! You are going to clear your skin once you obtain the right treatment for you.

Everyday around the world, millions of people suffer from the affliction and embarrassment of acne.

Often the number one answer to dealing with acne in today’s medicinal world is to apply something to the skin. Whether it is a gel, lotion, cream or mask, this is the solution that many people utilize to get rid of their acne. On the other hand, a lot of people realize that this resolution for acne isn’t quite sufficient.

Nevertheless, acne doesn’t simply happen on the skin’s surface. Acne is an issue that occurs well below the skin’s surface, in the blood and even your genes.

Since acne stands as an issue from head to toe, it requires a special type of treatment. You will want to apply a solution of some kind that is topical for your skin’s acne, but you will also have to deal with the primary reasons for your acne being there in the first place.

Acne is not caused by poor hygiene, even though it does contribute to the severity of the matter. Also, acne is not the result of working in a fast-food restaurant even though being in such a greasy atmosphere could worsen results. Acne takes place as a result of your body itself.

Until now, it has been hard to find a solution which is targeted towards both the inner and outer treatment of acne. Most of the products you find at a drug store only dehydrate the surface of skin and treat outbreaks.

There is a new product on the market called Revitol Acnezine, is far more than a topical acne item. It is a natural, all-inclusive method to remedying acne which has helped many people. It isn’t at all like the expensive, celebrity-endorsed items out there - nor is it filled with any skin-damaging chemicals!

Being afflicted with acne is difficult, regardless of age, gender or race. But you don’t have to suffer any longer.

Bad hygiene doesn’t cause acne, but it can cause it to be more severe and last longer. Also. employment in a fast food restaurant isn’t going to cause acne to develop, but a greasy environment can make the problem worse. The thing to remember, is that it is a person’s body that causes the acne.

Skin Care Tips for Teens

Tuesday, June 16th, 2009

Teenagers often have skin problems, thanks to the raging hormones that cause some pretty drastic changes in their bodies, including the skin. With acne and oily skin being the most common skin issues faced by teenagers, there are a ton of organic skin care products out there designed specifically for teen skin care. It`s always handy to offset some of the problems ahead of time, though, so here are a few tips to get you started:

Choosing Skin Care Products

- Look for organic, natural ingredients that won’t irritate already sensitive skin. Most teens have sensitive skin for at least a while and harsh chemicals can actually aggravate conditions like acne. - Skin care products that are designed for teen skin will probably work best, so look for these rather than products that are meant for adult skin, which tends to be more stable. - Avoid using only products with astringent properties. Despite the appearance of your skin, it needs moisturizing, too. The best moisturizers are ones that have a non-oily base. - Find skin care products that offer soothing herbs in combination with other active ingredients. Lavender, aloe and chamomile are just a few of the natural ingredients available that can soothe irritated, sensitive skin.

Daily Skin Care Tips

- Washing your face is a good way to eliminate bacteria that can cause infections and worsen acne. However, don`t wash too often and avoid scrubbing, since this can cause excess oil to be secreted by the skin and will tend to irritate it, as well, causing more problems. A good foaming cleanser is a good way to go and can be rinsed gently afterwards. - Try not to rest your chin on your hand and keep fingers away from the face, since this can transfer excess oil and bacteria and cause zits. When you do need to touch your face, wash your hands first. - For very oily skin, blotting papers can be useful. To avoid excessive face washing, just blot away the extra oil. If you don`t have blotting papers, tissues work well, too. - Avoid popping zits. This spreads bacteria and though it can be very tempting to get rid of an obvious blemish this way, you`ll be better off in the long run if you use a topical treatment instead of popping it. - If you wear makeup, never leave it on overnight. It`s important to let the skin breathe and this means washing the makeup off at night. Using a lighter application or makeup that is specially formulated for sensitive skin should help, too. - Long hair also plays an important part in skin care. If your hair hangs in your face, it can transfer even more oil to the skin and tends to cause breakouts wherever it usually hangs. This is often the cause of “backne”, hair hanging down the back, even over a tee shirt, can wick a lot of grease into the skin. Tie long hair back and keep it nice and clean to avoid problems.

Not all teens will have skin problems, but it`s a good idea to start early with the right skin care to ensure that if you are prone to problems like acne, they will be minimized. It`s also helpful to know what you can do once pimples and zits start to appear. Using a good quality skin care product that uses natural, organic ingredients will help a lot. It’s tough being a teen, but you can ease the transition by taking good care of your skin so it doesn’t have the chance to get out of control.

Knock-Out Your Acne With a Natural Acne Treatment That Works!

by Tom Mulligan

If you suffer from acne, please allow us the opportunity to show you how perfectly natural treatments can cure your problem and leave you with wonderfully clear skin. It really isn’t necessary to live with acne, nor is it necessary to live with the embarrassment it often causes.

We hear complaints about the acne products that are found in the drugstore all the time. The reason for this is simple - they don’t work!

If one takes a minute to think about, it’s really obvious why all these treatments fail to work. They’re designed to combat each pimple one at a time instead of treating the cause behind it. To effectively cure acne, one has to target the cause - the actual root of the problem.

It’s hardly surprising then that so many sufferers become disheartened and many even resort to prescription medication. When one considers that there are perfectly natural cures which treat the root cause and result in perfectly clear skin, it becomes apparent why the risks of possible drug related side effects are so unnecessary.

There are various factors which cause acne and in order to achieve an effective cure, one has to treat each of these problems. The main causes of acne are: skin irritations; blocked or obstructed pores, bacteria and of course, excessively oily skin. Eliminate all of these and yes, you will have seen the last of your acne.

The most effective treatments on the market today consist of a combination of products. When used in conjunction with each other the combined effect provides a successful cure. These treatments work as a full battle plan and will often involve a dedicated facial wash as well as a moisturizer and a specific spot cream.

Unfortunately, more than ninety percent of acne treatments on the market today pay little attention to these simple facts. Many manufacturers continue to put profits before results and realize for that to happen, they need their customers to keep buying their products. This means they need to make products that aren’t quite good enough to solve the problem.

Whether you have mild or severe acne, this advice can help you knock-out your acne. Just treat all of the causes and the results will show up in just a few days. It’s impressive and I’m confident you will get the clear skin you are looking for.

If you’re like most of the world, you have struggled with acne at some point in your life. If acne is still a part of your life, there’s a proven way to get rid of acne and get the clear skin you truly want.

Acne doesn’t have to an ongoing problem. There are now effective ways to eliminate the problem permanently.

Lots of us have tried some kind of treatment to help deal with our pimples, then found out it doesn’t work. There are loads of products on the drugstore shelves, all of them claiming to help deal with zits.

There’s a big problem with these products - they don’t actually treat acne at the root of the problem. All they do is try to get rid of pimples one zit at a time.

Think about how silly this is! What’s the point of attacking a pimple after it has already popped up and not doing anything to actually treat the causes of the problem?!?

This isn’t a long term solution, and it makes lots of people quite frustrated. Many people decide their acne can’t be cured and just give up.

However, acne can be solved - just treat the cause, not the effect!

How do you do this?

You’ll need to have a complete treatment system that addresses all the acne causes. Here are the main causes of most people’s acne.

1) Acne-Causing Bacteria 2) Inflammation of the skin 3) Excess oil on the skin (caused by overactive skin glands) 4) Skin Pores that are clogged

Those are the big enemies you’ll have to deal with if you’re fighting against acne. If you want to win this battle, you have to make sure you’re using a treatment that deals with all of them.

This seems pretty simple, and it’s certainly not rocket science. Some of the companies producing acne products are deliberately creating less effective products, so you’ll keep buying more.

The good news is that there are treatment systems out there which deal with all the causes listed above. That lets them give you fast, permanent results.

If you’re looking for a treatment, you’ll need to make sure it deals with the problem from every angle. That mostly means that these treatments will involved more than one product or multiple steps. This is the best way to get results that last.

If the acne products you’ve used in the past haven’t worked, that doesn’t mean your acne is incurable. There are good, proven treatments out there if you’re willing to look outside the shelves in your local drugstore. The right treatment will give you clear skin in no time at all.
